Jeffrey Martinez

Jeffrey(Jeff)  Richard Martinez went to be with our Lord on March 18, 2021 after a short illness. Jeff wasa resident of Albuquerque, NM and was born in Santa Fe, NM on
February 23, 1971.   He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Fernando Trujillo Sr. of Los Ojos, NM and his paternal grandparents, Rose and Tony Martinez of Chama, NM; Robert Martinez, Uncle; Juan Trujillo, first cousin. He is survived by his children, Desiree Martinez (Daniel), Jason Martinez (Victoria), and his grandson, Sebastian Hernandez. He is also survived by his parents, Richard and Edna Martinez; sister, Angela Martinez and brother, Steve (Stev) Martinez (Marie); maternal grandmother, Margaret Trujillo; nieces,
Laura, Brianna and Isabella Martinez; nephew, Jordan Martinez and other extended family.
Jeff was a caring and compassionate human being.  Never failed to help others with whatever they needed.  His smile and his laughter will always be with us.
His children and grandson were the joy of his life. He lived for the day for them to visit and be able to spend time with them. Jeff worked for Hub International doing IT work. His hobby was working on computers and learning about new technology.
The Martinez family is very grateful for the love, prayers, and support from everyone.  A word service will be held On April 13th at 9:00 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna Rd, NW.  There will be no Communion, and Social distancing and masks are required.  Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.  The Service will
be streamed online for those unable to attend.  The link will be provided as soon as we have it. There will be no meal after the service due to COVID.  May you rest in peace in the glory of heaven our precious son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to so many.  You were a blessing to us and you will forever be in our hearts.
