Jerry Chavez

Jerry Chavez, age 80, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on January 15, 2021.  Mr. Chavez is survived by his wife of forty-nine years, Isabel Chavez; children, Jerry Chavez Jr., Shirley Cordova and husband, Andy, Lorrie Ortiz and husband, Rey, Eugene Chavez and  wife, Jenell, Juan Gallegos and wife, Cindy, Cuca Chavez Salazar and husband, John, Luis Chavez, Ralph Romero; twenty-seven grandchildren; thirty seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild on the way; brother, Manuel Chavez; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Mr. Chavez was preceded in death by his children Patrick Chavez, and Kimberly Chavez; parents, Manuel Chavez and Refugia (Cuca) Chavez; and brother, Freddy Chavez. Services will be private. Pallbearers: Eugene Jr. Pat Jr. Santiago, Elijah, Joshua, Joseph.  Honorary Pallbearers are his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
