Oh, Nakai. Billie-Boy. My friend from forever ago. You had an amazing life and touched so many hearts along your path. You and I shared some incredible spiritual conversations and I will never forget them, will never forget you. Now you walk in the peace and beauty of God's Garden, now you are at peace. I pray that Carla and all of your family will soon have the emptiness and sadness in their hearts filled with loving memories of you and times you shared. We have all been blessed by knowing you and loving you.

My condolences to the Rogers family. Growing up in ABQ's West side, I remember Billie & his brothers from Lavaland Elementary, John Adams & RGHS.  At Holy Rosary Church we made our First Holy Communion together. May God bless. David Sais, Cheyenne, Wyoming.

The best stepfather I could ever ask for. He will always be a parent of mine and I will continue to turn to him for love, guidance and advice. Love you Nakaii ❤️

There are so many incidents that involve his sense of humor.  When we talked on the phone, he always had a joke to tell me.  We will surely miss him and we grieve with Carla and Nakaii's family.  Sharon

We loved him from the time we met him. He was pretty nervous when Carla brought home to meet us. He became our son-in-law and we couldn’t have asked for any better man to take care of Carla.
